What is a token?
A token is a credit that lets you administer one assessment to one candidate. Some assessments cost more than one token depending on length and complexity, typically one to four.
How does buying work?
Onboarding is hands-on. After you contact us we validate fit, set up your account and load tokens. There's no self-serve checkout. We'd rather take five minutes to understand what you need and recommend the right plan.
Who can buy SkillCheck assessments?
Recruitment and staffing companies primarily. Other organisations are considered case by case, so get in touch and we'll let you know.
Do tokens expire?
Tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I get a price before contacting?
Pay-as-you-go tests start from $30. Prepaid Portal and Volume Licence pricing is tailored to your volume, and we'll work through the right plan once we understand your needs.
How do I access assessments once I'm set up?
Prepaid Portal and Volume Licence customers get login credentials to a SkillCheck portal where you manage and send assessments. Pay-as-you-go customers can have tests sent on request.
